• All services are provided based on the details agreed upon in the ticket.

2. Orders & Communication

• All service requests must be made through the official ticket system.

• Clients are responsible for providing clear and complete requirements.

• Changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.

3. Payments

• Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

• Prices may vary depending on project scope and complexity.

• Failure to complete payment may result in work being paused or cancelled.

4. Revisions

• Revisions are included only as specified.

• Excessive or repeated revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds are available if work hasn't started.

• No refunds will be issued for completed or near-completed work.

• Once work has started, partial refunds may apply depending on progress.

6. Ownership & Usage

• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final delivered work.

• StackEdge Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibility

• Clients must ensure all provided content (text, images, data) is legally owned or permitted for use.

• StackEdge Studios is not responsible for issues arising from client-provided materials.

8. Service Refusal

• StackEdge Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including misuse, abusive behavior, or violation of server rules.

9. Modifications

• These terms may be updated at any time.

• Continued use of services implies acceptance of the latest version.
